Prior to SiriusDecisions, Megan was a consultant with Satmetrix Systems, the leader in customer loyalty solutions and co-developer of Net Promoter, the gold standard metric for linking loyalty and revenue growth. Megan also spent five years as manager of marketing and sales effectiveness for Praxair, where she worked with the two functions to improve performance in demand creation, communications, customer research and sales enablement.
